Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property type, location and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss solar services with you.
Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. Public website visitors cannot read, edit or delete enquiry records through the site.
Optional analytics
Firebase Analytics is disabled until you select Accept in the analytics notice. If accepted, it helps us understand aggregate site usage and improve the website. If you decline, the site and contact form continue to work normally. Your choice is stored in your browser.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry.
